This piece depicts the nature of vulnerability. When we open up and allow ourselves to be vulnerable, we inevitably submit ourselves to the unknown and its endless possibilities. We risk being hurt in a defenseless state. This vulnerability is reflected in the body posture of the subject, whose yield to the unknown, symbolically represented by the sharp wire and edges of the galaxy-printed glass, has made her susceptible to its unpredictable influences.
